All transactions, cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, and digital payments are processed in accordance with local banking and tax guidelines.

2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain goods cannot be returned. These include opened cosmetics, personal care items, and used kitchenware.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged electronic item or broken product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Easypaisa, SadaPay, bank transfer) within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping and Delivery Rules

Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Liability: Laat Ka Mall uses third-party courier services. While we provide estimated delivery times, we are not liable for transit delays caused by extreme weather, courier logistics, or public holidays.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and active shipping address and phone number. Undeliverable packages returned to us will result in the customer bearing the redelivery fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Cosmetics: Products are provided with standard ingredient lists. Laat Ka Mall is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects. Customers must read ingredients carefully before use.
Electronics: Laat Ka Mall is a retailer, not the manufacturer. Any warranties provided are those of the respective manufacturers. We are not liable for injuries or property damage caused by the improper use, installation, or electrical fault of appliances purchased from our store.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Laat Ka Mall, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of any of our services or products procured using our service.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Evidentiary Limitation

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad.
Evidentiary Limitation: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that any receipt, invoice, packing slip, or other document or item provided by Laat Ka Mall is issued solely for your personal records and our internal order tracking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no such receipt or document shall be valid or admissible as legal evidence in any court of law, tribunal, or for any legal, judicial, or statutory purposes.
